What You’ll Do: You’ll work closely with our physicians to deliver a seamless, compassionate experience for every patient. Responsibilities include, but aren’t limited to: Conducting comprehensive patient assessments, including vital signs, medication review, and medical history. Preparing charts and reviewing outside medical records for upcoming visits. Calling in prescriptions and coordinating referrals to specialists. Documenting all care within the EMR with accuracy and attention to detail. Communicating effectively with providers, teammates, and patients. Assisting with pregnancy assessments and fetal heart tone monitoring. Supporting office procedures, including in-office surgeries. Maintaining professionalism and compliance with all safety, attendance, and appearance standards. Requirements What We’re Looking For: A caring, patient-focused individual with strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to work efficiently under deadlines in a busy clinical setting. Medical/Nursing Assistant Certification (experience preferred but not required). OB/GYN or phlebotomy experience is a plus. Ability to stand and walk for most of the shift. Willingness to travel to satellite locations as needed (within Knoxville/surrounding areas).
