Your responsibilities will include: Client Engagement: Greet and support clients across multiple behavioral health programs. Scheduling & Coordination: Maintain the ACT team’s community-based schedule and manage fleet vehicle coordination and maintenance. Medication Management: Pack medications, pick up prescriptions, and administer injections. Administrative Support: Process prior authorizations, answer phones, obtain billing signatures, and complete data tracking.
