Make a meaningful impact in your community one patient at a time MCHC is seeking an experienced, caring, and adaptable Medical Assistant to serve as a Float MA across multiple MCHC clinic locations, including our upcoming Same-Day Clinic. Requirements Graduation from an accredited Medical Assistant program Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification Preferred Qualifications: Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) At least one year of experience in a clinical setting Bilingual (English/Spanish) fluency

Responsibilities

The Medical Assistant will conduct patient rooming, including taking vitals and histories, and assist providers with exams, procedures, and treatments within their scope of practice. Responsibilities also include administering medications, documenting in the EHR, maintaining clinical areas, and providing patient education.
