Description Precision Healthcare Specialists is seeking a reliable and flexible Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) – Float to support multiple specialty practices across our Collier County locations. This role is ideal for a clinically strong, adaptable MA who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable working with various providers, teams, and workflows. The Float CMA plays a critical role in maintaining continuity of care and supporting clinic operations as staffing needs arise. Key Responsibilities Float between assigned Precision Healthcare Specialists locations within Collier County as scheduled or needed Room patients, obtain vital signs, review medical histories, and document chief complaints Prepare patients for examinations and assist providers during in-office procedures Perform clinical duties including (within scope and training): Injections and venipuncture Specimen collection and point-of-care testing EKGs and other diagnostic testing as applicable Ensure exam rooms are properly stocked, cleaned, and prepared Accurately document all clinical interactions in the EMR Provide patient education and post-visit instructions Support front office or clinical workflows as needed to ensure smooth patient flow Follow all infection control, safety protocols, and HIPAA guidelines Adapt quickly to different specialties, providers, and clinic workflows Requirements High school diploma or equivalent required Certified Medical Assistant (CMA or RMA) required Minimum of 1 year of clinical MA experience preferred Experience working in multiple specialties or float roles preferred Proficiency with EMR systems Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills Reliable transportation and ability to travel between Collier County locations Professional, flexible, and team-oriented attitude Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods Ability to lift up to 25 pounds Manual dexterity for clinical procedures Why Join Precision Healthcare Specialists? Responsibilities
