ABOUT US: At True Precision Medical, we specialize in minimally invasive procedures for pain relief, providing high-quality, patient-centered care. We are looking for a Bilingual Medical Assistant to join our team and play a key role in ensuring a seamless patient experience—from scheduling to post-procedure follow-ups. What You’ll Do: As a Medical Assistant, you will be the foundation of our patient care process—supporting our providers, prepping for clinic, and ensuring patients feel seen, heard, and supported. Core Responsibilities: * Room patients and take vital signs * Review and update medication lists and medical histories * Assist providers during patient visits and document encounters in the EMR * Prep charts prior to clinic days for accuracy and efficiency * Ensure all patient questions are answered before checkout * Coordinate with the scheduler on any urgent procedures * Set up for injections and assist with post-op needs * Monitor and manage outgoing referrals and imaging orders * Check voicemails and address follow-up tasks as needed * Monitor and respond to HighLevel (CRM) texts * Triage post-op complications and escalate appropriately Qualifications: * Certified Medical Assistant (CMA, RMA) or relevant clinical experience * Familiarity with EMR systems (eCW experience a plus) * Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills * Comfortable in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment * Patient-first mindset and a strong sense of accountability
