In this role, you will support our esteemed practice founder and lead injector, Georgia Cirese, in delivering top-notch care to our patients. Our areas of expertise include aesthetic and medical spa services, spanning injectables, facials, laser services, and body treatments. Key Responsibilities: Assist with patient intake, including obtaining medical histories and vital signs. Prepare and maintain treatment rooms for clinical procedures. Support the clinical team during patient consultations and treatments. Perform administrative duties, such as scheduling appointments and maintaining patient records. Ensure all medical instruments are properly sterilized and ready for use. Provide patients with pre- and post-treatment instructions. Experience: 2+ years of experience as a Medical Assistant, preferably in a med spa, dermatology, or plastic surgery office. Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
