Grand Medical Centre is a dynamic and growing multidisciplinary clinic in Brantford, Ontario. Our team is committed to delivering exceptional, patient-centred care in a collaborative environment. We are expanding our diagnostic services and are seeking a Medical Assistant to join our team.

JOB SUMMARY

This is a full-time position (Monday to Friday, with occasional weekends), ideal for a motivated and detail-oriented Medical Assistant who enjoys both patient-facing and technical roles. Training will be provided, and prior experience is preferred.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

• Previous experience in a clinical or diagnostic setting preferred (but not required)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to learn and adapt; training will be provided

• Perform ECG placement in the clinic
• Assist with Holter monitor placement and patient education
• Support sleep study set-up and coordination
• Conduct spirometry testing
• Maintain accurate patient records and EMR documentation (Accuro)
• Communicate effectively with patients, physicians, and clinic staff
• Ensure equipment is cleaned, maintained, and ready for use
