This role is crucial to delivering high-quality patient care, maintaining operational efficiency, and supporting physicians across front office, back office, and procedural settings. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced healthcare environment, can switch seamlessly between patient care and administrative responsibilities, and takes pride in accuracy, compliance, and patient satisfaction. What You’ll Be Responsible For: Clinical & Back Office Room patients, obtain vitals, history, and reason for visit Perform routine testing, intramuscular injections, and waived tests (including urine drug screens) Maintain accurate, timely, and HIPAA-compliant documentation Assist providers during patient care and procedures Maintain infection control, safety, and OSHA standards Procedure Support Patient intake and preparation for procedures Place IV lines using sterile technique Monitor patients during procedures and recovery Communicate patient status to physicians and anesthesiologists Assist in emergency situations and coordinate patient transport Conduct pre- and post-procedure calls and provide instructions Front Office & Administrative Answer phones, process messages, and manage scheduling Assist with prescription refills and prior authorizations Coordinate patient flow and maintain communication with clinical teams Support other administrative tasks to keep the clinic running smoothly What We’re Looking For: CMA or RMA certification required CPR/BLS certification required IV placement certification or training Minimum 2–3 years of medical assistant experience; 1–2 years as procedure MA preferred Strong interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills Proficiency with EMR and typing ≥40 WPM Experience in pain management, regenerative medicine, or multi-location clinics preferred Why You’ll Love Working Here: Fast-paced, impactful role supporting real patient care Hybrid work environment with hands-on clinical experience Opportunity to grow your skills in both administrative and procedural operations Compensation: DOE (Depends on experience) Competitive pay with opportunities for growth How to Apply: Send your resume and a brief note explaining your experience as a Hybrid Medical Assistant and your approach to delivering excellent patient care.
