Daily responsibilities include: Assisting providers with patient care Rooming patients and obtaining vitals Performing point-of-care testing Assisting with minor procedures Coordinating scheduling and prior authorizations Obtaining pre-certifications for MRIs and CTs Communicating test results Building strong, professional relationships with physicians, teammates, patients, and families Requirements Strong communication and time-management skills Attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Ability to work independently and as part of a team Prior clinical experience preferred 6 months - 1-year Previous medical office experience
Responsibilities
Collaborate with providers to ensure a seamless patient experience by rooming patients and obtaining vitals. Handle administrative tasks including scheduling, prior authorizations, and communicating test results.
