Monitors providers schedule to identify no shows for rescheduling. May include, but not limited to, placing reminder calls to patients*Manages prior authorization for durable medical equipment, diagnostics, medications and/or specialties *Manages referrals for diagnostic testing or specialist *Manages and maintains tracking of Advanced Directives, FMLA, and other patient forms.
