We are Looking for: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Medical Assistant to join our growing clinic team. This hybrid role is ideal for someone who enjoys both direct patient care and administrative responsibilities. The ideal candidate is organized, personable, and committed to delivering exceptional patient experiences from check-in to discharge. Responsibilities: Prepare patients for examination and assist providers with procedures Take and record vital signs, medical histories, and chief complaints Maintain exam rooms, ensuring cleanliness and stocking supplies Document patient information accurately in the EMR system Greet patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner Check patients in and out, verify demographics, and collect co-pays Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage provider calendars Verify insurance eligibility and obtain authorizations as needed Maintain accurate patient records and assist with chart preparation Coordinate patient flow to ensure efficient clinic operations Performs related duties as required.
