We are Looking for: We are seeking a Certified Medical Assistant to join our Infusion Center team at the Webster location. This role was created to reduce non-clinical responsibilities currently being handled by nursing staff, allowing our RNs to focus on direct patient care and improving overall operational productivity. The center is currently staffed with three nurses rather than the full complement of five, making this hire a critical operational need. Responsibilities: Obtain and document patient vital signs Room patients and escort them to infusion chairs Manage appointment reminders and patient follow-up calls Assist with patient intake and pre-visit preparation Support nursing staff by handling non-clinical and administrative duties during infusion visits Maintain a clean, organized, and patient-ready environment Other duties as assigned to support infusion center operations Performs related duties as required.
