Job Description Utilize Electronic Medical Record system Assists physicians by performing administrative and clinical duties Interviews patients to obtain their medical history. Records patient medical history, vital statistics, and test results in patient medical files. Cleans and sterilize medical equipment and instruments. Assists physicians during examination by handing over instruments and materials. Clean treatment rooms following patient examinations. Demonstrate a commitment to maintain work practices that comply with established office policies and procedures. Promote a safe environment for patients, visitors, and peers. Oversee and ensure that patient's needs are met and that patients are served in an efficient and patient-friendly manner Respond to staff doctor needs before, during, and after patient exam Answer incoming telephone calls, greet and check in patients in a professional, courteous, and timely manner Qualifications Excellent computer skills Ability to work with confidential information and under pressure Strong communication skills Strong organizational skills Demonstrates initiative Team player Job Type: Full-time – Monday-Friday: 7:30am-4:30pm Pay rate starting at $20/hr Training will be completed at our Colchester location Experience: Minimum: 1 to 5 years of work experience in a medical setting Preferred experience with Electronic Medical Record EHR Flexibility to travel to satellite clinics on occasion with travel reimbursements Education: High School Diploma is required Additional Information All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
