Description

IVIRMA North America network of state-of-the-art fertility practices in the United States, is currently seeking a Medical Assistant to join our growing Lone Tree practice! This is a full-time position Monday-Friday 7:30am-4:30pm with occasional weekends. The Medical Assistant will promote and restore patients’ health by assisting in the nursing process and supporting physicians and other multidisciplinary team members with hands-on patient care. You will help to create a positive experience for our patients and ensure that patients receive high-quality service by assisting clinical team with patient care. Essential Functions and Accountabilities: * Assist Physicians with clinical procedures * Follow proper protocols for all procedures * Practice phlebotomy * Clean exam rooms and equipment per protocol. * Set up and stock examination and procedure rooms. * Maintain clinical supplies inventory. * Specimen collection, processing for in-house and outside laboratories. * Provide patients with information regarding upcoming procedures and reassurance/comfort before, during and after procedures. Academic Training: * Completion of Certified Medical Assistant Program – preferred 1. Studies level: Certification 2.
