Job description:

Motivated Medical Assistants (MFAs) are immediately sought for full-time or part-time positions at our client company, a renowned general practice in Speyer. The practice offers high-quality primary care in a friendly, well-organized, and technologically advanced environment. A respectful and collaborative team atmosphere and a structured daily routine are central to the practice. The position is initially limited to six months with the possibility of contract extension or permanent employment.

Conditions

- Gross hourly wage: €17.92 – from September 1, 2026: €18.09

- Working hours: Part-time (flexible 20-30 hours/week) Full-time (38.5 hours/week)

- Holiday and Christmas bonus after the 6th month

- 30 days of vacation per year

Your tasks

- Reception and care of patients

- Practice organization

- Assisting with examinations and treatments

- Performing blood draws, injections and vaccinations

- Preparing laboratory samples and documenting the results

- Managing patient data and electronic documentation

- Supporting administrative tasks as well as billing for statutory and private health insurance

- Hygiene management and instrument reprocessing

Your profile

- Completed training as a medical assistant / dental assistant / dental assistant / physician's assistant / registered nurse (m/f/d)

- Proficient use of practice management software and digital applications

- Basic knowledge of statutory and private health insurance billing

- Good written and spoken German skills (at least B2 level) and good communication skills

- Ideally, further Language skills

- Teamwork and reliability

- Friendly and empathetic demeanor when dealing with patients.
