Job description:

We are immediately seeking a Medical Assistant (MFA) / Medical Office Assistant (m/f/d) for our Medical Care Center (MVZ) at the Helios Clinic Bad Saarow - Fürstenwalde Pediatric Branch Practice.

Your responsibilities will include

: - Serving as the first point of contact for our patients and a central interface in daily practice

- Coordinating patient requests by phone and managing appointments responsibly

- Managing digital data, including maintaining and updating electronic patient records

- Assisting during consultations and reliably accompanying our patients

- Laboratory work and functional diagnostics are also part of your diverse range of tasks.

Your qualifications:

- Completed training as a Medical Assistant or Physician's Assistant

- Interdisciplinary collaboration is second nature to you, and you are a team player

- Patient-oriented, with a high degree of empathy and willingness to help

- Team spirit and service orientation combined with a sense of responsibility and strong communication skills

- Proof of measles immunity in accordance with legal requirements.
