Job description:

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a dedicated Medical Assistant (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible, either full-time or part-time.

Our long-time Medical Assistant colleague will be retiring. As part of the practice takeover by a new doctor on April 1, 2027, we are therefore seeking a reliable successor who is interested in long-term collaboration in a friendly and appreciative environment.

Your responsibilities:

- Patient registration, care, and administration

- Organization of practice procedures

- Assisting with examinations and treatments

- Performing laboratory work, ECG, pulmonary function tests, etc.

- Support with billing and documentation

- Additional computer tasks (including email, KIM, etc.)

Your profile:

- Completed training as a medical assistant or comparable qualification

- Friendly, empathetic, and service-oriented demeanor

- Reliability, teamwork, and organizational skills

- Enjoyment of working with people

- Independent and meticulous work ethic
