We’re looking for a motivated, compassionate Medical Assistant (MA) to join our growing team! Schedule & Perks Full-time, Monday–Friday Clinics close at 2 PM every Friday Up to 200 hours (5 weeks) PTO annually Employer retirement contributions Meaningful, mission-driven work Key Responsibilities Room patients, take vitals, and update medical histories Assist providers with exams, procedures, and treatments Perform point-of-care testing and specimen collection Administer injections and medications as ordered Triage patient calls (urgent vs. non-urgent needs) Coordinate referrals, prior authorizations, and follow-ups Communicate with pharmacies for prescriptions and refills Document accurately in the EHR/EMR (eClinicalWorks) Educate patients on care plans and next steps Travel between all Konza clinic locations as needed. Requirements Completion of a Medical Assistant program or relevant experience Current vaccinations per ACIP guidelines Ability to travel between all Konza clinics. Preferred Qualifications Certification (CMA, RMA, CCMA) Experience in primary care, family practice, or FQHC Bilingual (English/Spanish)
