Position Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Inbloom. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing high-quality patient care and support within our clinic environment. This position requires a compassionate individual who is committed to enhancing the patient experience while ensuring efficient operations. You will be responsible for performing advanced aesthetic procedures under the supervision of a medical director. Your expertise, attention to detail, and ability to create a positive client experience will contribute to the clinic's reputation as a leader in the aesthetics industry. Job Responsibilities: Assist the medical practitioner in performing aesthetic treatments and procedures, such as laser treatments, chemical peels, injectables, and other non-surgical procedures. Injectable Treatments: Administer Medical Weight loss injections, IV therapy, and other injectables safely and effectively according to patient needs, ensuring optimal results and client satisfaction. Consultations: Conduct thorough consultations with clients to assess their aesthetic goals, recommend appropriate treatments, and explain procedures, risks, and benefits. Patient Education: Educate clients on post-treatment care, expectations, and potential side effects, providing clear and supportive communication. Client Safety: Maintain strict adherence to infection control practices, ensuring a sterile environment and patient safety during treatments. Record Keeping: Accurately document patient information, treatment details, and progress notes in compliance with clinic protocols and regulations. Follow-Up Care: Monitor patients' progress post-treatment, address any concerns, and offer additional guidance or treatments as necessary. Prepare treatment rooms, sterilize instruments, and ensure all necessary equipment is ready for procedures. Perform pre-treatment and post-treatment patient care, including skin cleansing, applying topical anesthetics, and providing aftercare instructions. Ensure patient comfort and safety throughout their visit. Manage inventory of medical supplies and order as needed. Team Collaboration: Work closely with other medical professionals, including physicians and aestheticians, to ensure comprehensive care and excellent results for clients. Requirements Skills and Qualifications: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), or Medical Assistant (MA) Previous experience in a medical aesthetics or dermatology setting. Knowledge of aesthetic treatments and procedures. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in work. Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.

Responsibilities
