Job description:

• They are involved in the administrative management of health records, the administrative control of medical assessments during preliminary examinations and medical examinations, and the associated administrative work.
• They are employed in non-instrumental or medical examination procedures, performing medical transcription tasks, analogous to "patient billing in inpatient and outpatient settings".
• They operate a professional medical supplies management system, including care and maintenance.
• They are involved in the overall assessment process and begin their work at the start of the medical assessment for registration and preliminary examination.
• They work in the medical-instrumental diagnostic functional area with a focus on eye diagnostics, audiometry, spirometry, circulatory diagnostics, metabolic diagnostics and urine diagnostics, and perform body measurements including height and weight.
• They assist with the medical initial examination and ensure operational readiness by stockpiling medical supplies and cleaning used equipment in accordance with the current hygiene plan.
• They conduct regular training courses, mentor inexperienced assistant staff, and are also responsible for emergency assistance.
