Medical Assistant (m/f/d) for administrative tasks on the ward, full-time or part-time

The work is performed in shifts between 7:30 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. and every other weekend.

Your to-do list

• They reliably support the nursing treatment team in all administrative tasks on the ward.
• They carefully record, maintain, and update patient data in the system.
• They handle appointment scheduling, manage files, and ensure structured processes.
• They are the first point of contact for our patients and their relatives.
• They work closely and cooperatively with all professional groups and promote a smooth daily routine on the ward.

What are you bringing with you?

• You have completed training as a medical assistant (MFA) or physician's assistant (m/f/d)
• They possess organizational talent, team spirit, and a high degree of reliability.
• They work in a structured, careful and independent manner.
• They possess good computer skills.
• They treat our patients with an empathetic, approachable and respectful demeanor.
