Medical Assistant or EMT – Urgent Care The Urgent Care is looking for a professional, high-performing Medical Assistant or Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) committed to excellence in patient care. Responsibilities Manage patient flow and the waiting room Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, assist with patient questions Perform vitals, labs, injections, vaccinations, and POCT per provider orders Assist providers during exams and procedures Maintain a clean, safe clinical environment (exam rooms, lab, equipment) Provide compassionate, high-quality patient care from start to finish Qualifications for MA and EMT: MA: CCMA or MA experience EMT: High school diploma + EMT certification (NREMT or equivalent) Strong customer service skills Critical thinking and multitasking ability Flexible availability (minimum 20–30 hours/week) Benefits Health, Dental & Vision Insurance (BCBS) 401(k) Life Insurance Short & Long-Term Disability Medical stipend (family included after 90 days) Holiday Pay The Urgent Care
