About the Role At Noble Community Clinics, our Medical Assistants are vital members of our care team. In this role, you will support providers in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care, help maintain smooth clinic operations, and create a welcoming environment for everyone who walks through our doors. You will assist in both clinical and administrative tasks, ensuring every patient receives the highest standard of service. What You’ll Do * Prepare patients for exams and procedures by taking vital signs, recording medical history, and updating patient charts. * Document patient information in the EMR following best practice standards including compliance with HIPPA. * Assist providers with examinations, treatments, and minor procedures. * Perform basic laboratory tests and collect/prep specimens for analysis. * Administer injectable medications and immunizations as ordered by Provider. * Immunization ordering, tracking, and daily inventory monitoring in adherence with the Vaccines for Children Program and the Wisconsin Immunization Registry. * Educate patients on follow-up care, procedures, and treatments. * Maintain exam rooms, supplies, and medical equipment to ensure a clean, safe environment. * Assist with scheduling, referrals, and electronic medical record (EMR) documentation (experience with Epic preferred). * Triage patient calls and provide backup support at the front desk when needed. * Ensure compliance with clinical protocols, safety standards, and patient confidentiality regulations.
