Schedule tests and coordinate with other medical facilities. Triage inbound clinical calls and respond according to established protocols. Ensure compliance with HIPAA and practice policies in all interactions Requirements What We’re Looking For Licensure: LPN (if applicable) Education: High school diploma or equivalent Experience: Minimum 1 year in a medical setting (physician office experience preferred) Familiarity with EHR systems and clinical documentation Skills: Strong communication (oral & written), patient-focused approach, and ability to multitask in a busy environment Ready to make a difference in patient care?
