Description We are seeking a dedicated and skilled bilingual Medical Assistant to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing support to healthcare professionals and ensuring a high level of patient care. This position requires regular travel between our Visalia and Fresno locations. Key Responsibilities: - Assist healthcare providers with patient examinations and procedures - Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and managing patient records - Prepare and maintain examination rooms, ensuring they are clean and well-stocked - Administer medications and vaccinations as directed by healthcare providers - Collect and process laboratory specimens - Educate patients on treatment plans and health maintenance - Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards Requirements Skills and Qualifications: - Bilingual in English and Spanish - Certification as a Medical Assistant (CMA, RMA, or equivalent) - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment - Proficient in electronic health records (EHR) systems - Excellent organizational and time management skills - Willingness to travel regularly between Visalia and Fresno - Basic knowledge of medical terminology and procedures
