Area of ​​responsibility:

• Preparatory activities for the administration and organization of the practice
• Appointment scheduling (in person as well as by phone)
• Receiving and caring for patients
• Management of incoming and outgoing mail, including the preparation of samples for collection for laboratory testing.

Requirements profile:

• Completed vocational training as a medical assistant (m/f/d)
• Excellent knowledge of the German language, both spoken and written.
• Advanced knowledge in practice organization
• Prior experience gained in a general medical practice is extremely advantageous.
• Openness towards patients of different age groups, determination and stress resistance are expected.
