Your tasks:

• General organizational and clerical tasks
• Check the cleanliness and order in the waiting room.
• They are the first point of contact for our patients, relatives, and referring physicians.
• Supporting doctors in general tasks
• Assisting the doctors during consultations
• They prepare operating rooms and examination rooms.
• Smaller laboratory work
• Data entry and performance documentation
• Operation and maintenance of medical devices
• Friendly greeting of the patients

Requirements:

• Completed training as a medical assistant (m/f/d)
• Motivated and committed
• They enjoy interacting with younger people.
• Independent working style
• Basic knowledge is desirable, but not a requirement.
• The ability to work under instruction.
• Basic knowledge and enjoyment in dealing with children
• They are open-minded, friendly, and team players.
