Your tasks:

Reception and care of patients, appointment scheduling and coordination, assistance with examinations and treatments, performance of laboratory work, administration and organization of patient data

• Coordinating visitor times
• Documentation of all work performed in accordance with work instructions.
• They coordinate appointments and ensure a smooth practice workflow.
• Support with administration

Your profile:

Completed training as a medical assistant; experience in a doctor's office is an advantage; friendly demeanor and good communication skills; teamwork and reliability; good knowledge of medical documentation

• User knowledge of MS Office is desirable.
