To be eligible for hybrid remote work, you must: - Live in New York or Pennsylvania - Be within commuting distance of Jamestown, NY - Be able to train on-site in Jamestown, NY for up to 90 days After completing the on-site training period, you may transition to mostly remote work while continuing to reside in NY or PA. We are currently seeking a Medical Assistant – Phones to join our team as a dedicated, high-volume call support specialist. This role is best suited for individuals who are comfortable spending the majority of their workday on the phone, managing a steady flow of incoming patient calls. As the primary communication hub between patients and healthcare providers, you will be responsible for answering calls continuously throughout your shift, coordinating patient needs, and ensuring timely, accurate message handling. Success in this position requires strong multitasking skills, clear and professional communication, and the ability to remain focused and efficient while handling back-to-back calls.
