Tasks

• As a Medical Assistant in Reception & Service (m/f/d), you will receive and care for patients and guests and perform blood draws.
• In addition, they handle telephone and written inquiries and schedule appointments.
• In addition, you will maintain physician master data and assist with general correspondence.
• In addition, you will provide informational materials and support the field staff with organizational tasks.
• Your responsibilities will include mail distribution and assisting with payment processing.

qualification

• The basis is a completed training as a medical assistant (m/f/d), nursing professional (m/f/d) or a comparable medical training.
• Furthermore, you already have professional experience in blood collection.
• They have a good command of German, both spoken and written, as well as good computer skills.
• Important qualities include a strong customer and service orientation as well as friendly and professional communication in patient contact.
