A respected primary care practice is seeking a skilled and compassionate Medical Assistant to support patient care under the direction of a licensed provider. The ideal candidate will be professional, organized, and dedicated to delivering exceptional patient experiences in a fast-paced clinical setting. Responsibilities: Assist providers during patient examinations and treatments. Record patient vitals, medical histories, and other clinical data. Prepare exam and treatment rooms, ensuring all equipment and supplies are ready. Perform basic clinical procedures and administer treatments as directed. Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality. Handle clerical tasks such as answering phones, scheduling, and filing. Support inventory and materials management for the clinical team. Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED required. Certified Medical Assistant (CMA, RMA, or equivalent) MediClear Certification (or equivalent healthcare compliance credential) required. Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association or Red Cross (must be obtained within 30 days of hire). Excellent communication and patient service skills.
