A rapidly growing reproductive health organization is conducting a confidential search for an experienced Medical Assistant to join its fertility clinic team. This position offers an exciting, fast-paced environment where compassionate patient care and precision are essential. Key Responsibilities Perform high-volume phlebotomy and manage lab specimen processing and transport. Maintain clinical supplies and ensure exam rooms remain organized and sterile. Document patient care services in daily logs and electronic medical records (EMR). Take vital signs and assist physicians and ultrasound technicians with fertility procedures. Provide pre- and post-operative education, patient counseling, and instruction per physician orders. Support patients and families with empathy, creating a compassionate care environment. Work independently to meet program goals while promoting excellence in customer service. Provide process improvement feedback to clinic leadership. Required Qualifications Completion of a formal Medical Assistant program. MediClear Certification (or equivalent healthcare compliance credential) required. Strong phlebotomy skills and experience in women’s health or fertility care preferred. Proficiency with EMR systems and computer-based lab entry. Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a collaborative team mindset. Flexibility to adapt to changing patient needs and clinic priorities.
