Description
Under the direction and guidance of the registered nurse, performs a variety of patient care duties and tasks related to activities of daily living, provides basic nursing care and maintains the environment, equipment and supplies. Qualifications QUALIFICATIONS: 1. Education Required- HS Diploma or Equivalence 2. License/Certification/Registration(s) Required- Graduate of an approved Medical Assistant Program 3. Experience/Skills Required- * One (1) year previous experience in a medical setting. * Excellent communication/interpersonal skills. * Bilingual preferred. * Knowledge of Computer Technology preferred. * Successful completion of St. Barnabas Hospital orientation. .
