In pain therapy, patients need more than medical care; they need people who are truly there for them.

For our client, a modern medical center in the heart of Munich, we are looking for a Medical Assistant (m/f/d) who possesses exactly that and will find their place in a highly motivated team.

Your responsibilities

- Patient support: You are the first point of contact for patients and accompany them from reception to treatment

- Organization: You coordinate processes in the treatment and registration areas

- Documentation: You handle documentation, billing, and administrative tasks, ensuring the smooth operation of the practice

- Assistance: You support the medical team as needed with pain management examinations and treatments

- Professional development: If interested, you can take on additional responsibility in quality management or organizational areas

Your profile

- Education: Completed training as a medical assistant (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification

- Experience: Initial experience in a medical practice or medical center

- Patient interaction: Empathetic, friendly, and confident in dealing with people in stressful situations

- Work style: Structured, reliable, and focused on the essentials

- Team spirit: You actively contribute and enjoy growing together with the team
