Medical Assistant (m/f/d) Occupational Health Assistant

For our client, a modern occupational health practice in Augsburg, we are seeking a dedicated Medical Assistant (m/f/d) specializing in occupational health assistance who wants to leave behind the typical daily routine and find a position in occupational medicine that offers something new every day.

Your responsibilities

- Initial contact: You are the first point of contact for clients and represent the practice externally

- Diagnostics: You independently conduct preventive and fitness-for-duty examinations, including ECGs, vision, hearing, and lung function tests, as well as laboratory tests

- Coordination: You maintain an overview of appointments, service recording, and the maintenance of data and documents

- Prevention: You support healthy employees through preventive examinations, consultations, and preventive measures

- Networking: You work hand in hand with physicians and actively contribute to interdisciplinary knowledge exchange

Your profile

- Education: Completed training as a medical assistant, registered nurse, or a comparable qualification

- Experience: Experience in occupational medicine is a plus, but not a requirement; your motivation is more important

- Communication: You are open, communicative, and comfortable interacting with people from various industries

- Personal responsibility: You work independently, are well-organized, and maintain an overview even when juggling multiple tasks

- Openness: You appreciate flat hierarchies, are curious about new things, and enjoy actively contributing

We offer you

- Compensation: €2,800 to €3,100 gross per month

- Working hours: 30 hours, flexible scheduling possible, no weekend, night, or on-call shifts
