We are seeking an experienced full time Medical Assistant Site Supervisor for our community health clinic in Livingston. This individual should be a high-energy and knowledgeable clinic professional with strong interpersonal skills and demonstrated results in clinic management and team development. Key Responsibilities: Provide supervision to clinical team of Medical Assistants, including work assignment, training and development, and performance management. Track and report clinic metrics and performance. Implement programs to improve performance. Build positive relations with site providers. Ensure providers have needed support to optimize patient care. Ensure compliance with quality and safety requirements. Address patient grievances and report these to management. Coordinate regular inventory, vaccination management program, and other clinic operation needs. Deescalate and resolve conflict in the clinic. Fully trained to cover for absent staff, as needed.
