We are seeking a Medical Assistant who shares our commitment to excellence and patient-centered care to join our dedicated clinical team. ---------------------------------------- KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: * Prepare exam rooms and assist physicians with procedures such as IUIs, pap smears, hysteroscopies, and endometrial biopsies * Obtain and record patient vital signs and medical histories accurately * Track and document lab results; follow up with appropriate clinical staff * Ensure exam rooms and equipment are clean, stocked, and ready for use * Support clinical workflow by prepping patient charts, reviewing labs, and assisting during ultrasounds and other procedures * Provide empathetic care and support to patients before, during, and after procedures * Communicate clearly and professionally with patients, physicians, and staff * Assist with front desk responsibilities, including appointment check-in/out and payment collection when needed ---------------------------------------- QUALIFICATIONS: * 2–3 years of experience as a medical assistant in a fast-paced healthcare environment * Experience in women’s health, OB/GYN, or fertility preferred * Ability to travel to our Ventura location twice a week * Strong multitasking and organizational skills * Compassionate and professional demeanor with a patient-first mindset * Comfortable working in a collaborative, fast-moving clinical setting * Flexible availability, including occasional weekends and holidays ---------------------------------------- WHY JOIN SCRC? Responsibilities
