Responsibilities
Assist in maintenance of student medical records; including setting up files for all new students and accurately document all medical care ordered and provided
Accurate administration of medications in timely manner
Assist in preparation of all necessary paperwork for medical appointments
Assist in monitoring of individuals’ vital signs (weight, blood pressure, etc.) and accurately document results
Assist with inventory of medications at all residential sites
Accompany students to medical appointments when necessary
Ensure medical service providers complete consultation forms needed for each office visit
Assist in preparation of medical summary forms to document the outcome of each medical visit in a timely manner
Education and/or Work Experience Requirements: Minimum of 90 college credit hours, 2 years’ experience in human services field, or 5 years’ work experience; good driving record preferred.
