POSITION SUMMARY: Certified Medical Assistant is responsible for assisting physicians with evaluating, managing, and treating patients during office visits and other tasks related to the visit consistent with his/her training and skills. ****This position will be based at our York location, scheduled to open in March 2026. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Assures efficient patient flow through the office Prepares patient for examination Assists the physician with patient care during the visit. Removing sutures and staples, casting, fitting DME Patient Education Other duties as assigned – i.e., opening, closing, stocking, cleaning equipment HOURS Monday - Friday, 8AM-5PM Weekend shift rotation Shift Differential available for evening and weekend shifts EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: Minimum of associate's Degree preferred or completion of a Medical Assistant program. Certified MA required. A minimum of 1 year of work experience in a health care facility setting. Maintains CPR certification and CMA certification. Excellent clinical skills with outstanding customer service skills are required.
