To strengthen our team at the Medical Care Center in Genthin, we are looking for you as:

Medical assistant (m/f/d) in a pediatric practice

full-time or part-time.

This is what you can expect

• Reception and care of children, adolescents and their families, as well as organization of the practice's workflow.
• Appointment scheduling, patient registration and management of electronic patient records
• Assistance with examinations, preventative check-ups, vaccinations and minor medical procedures
• Performing diagnostic procedures (e.g., blood tests, urine tests, hearing and vision tests) according to medical instructions.
• Preparation and follow-up of treatment rooms as well as ensuring hygiene and quality standards.
• Billing, documentation and general administrative tasks in everyday practice

What you bring with you

• You have completed vocational training as a medical assistant (m/f/d), physician's assistant (m/f/d) or equivalent training.
• Previous professional experience would be desirable.
• Experience in using medical practice software
• Patient-oriented and empathetic approach
• You are characterized by a structured and goal-oriented work style, as well as a quick grasp of concepts and teamwork skills.
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
