Your profile / your tasks:

• Reception and care of patients
• Appointment scheduling and organization of the practice workflow
• Supporting the doctors during consultations
• Performing administrative tasks and maintaining patient data
• Preparation and follow-up of treatment rooms
• Performing simple medical procedures such as taking blood samples or changing dressings
• Billing and documentation according to applicable regulations

Required knowledge:

• Completed training as a medical assistant (m/f/d), physician's assistant (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
• Friendly and empathetic demeanor when dealing with patients
• Organizational skills and an independent working style
• Teamwork skills and a sense of responsibility
• Confident use of common PC applications
• Good German skills, both spoken and written.
