EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

  • Master’s level degree in life sciences or a similar field.
  • Pharmaceutical industry experience is a plus, with a focus on interpreting scientific and clinical data.
  • A background in medical affairs, clinical research, or a similar role would be highly beneficial.

  • Communication & Presentation: Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey complex scientific information clearly.

Responsibilities
  • Medical Education & Knowledge Transfer
  • Support internal and external medical education to enhance disease and product knowledge.
  • Assist in organizing and implementing external scientific/medical presentations, including scientific conferences or presentations to scientific or business audiences.
  • Advisory Boards & Scientific Meetings
  • Help organise and implement Advisory Boards and other scientific meetings, ensuring smooth operations and effective communication.
  • Evidence Generation
  • Support the implementation of local evidence generation plans and assist in the design of Omnichannel Communication
  • medical strategies.
  • Increase the reach of medical educational activities by helping to design and execute omnichannel communication campaigns that ensure information is accessible to relevant audiences.
  • Administrative Support
  • Provide administrative support to the Medical Affairs team, including financial tracking and making purchase orders and requisitions.
  • Data Awareness & Strategy
  • Stay updated on new scientific data, literature, competitive trends, and product opportunities.
  • Help adjust medical and educational activities accordingly.
  • Regulatory Compliance
  • Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory, ethical, and social responsibility standards required by local laws and organisational policies.
