Job Details Job Location: Lake Region Healthcare Corporation - FERGUS FALLS, MN 56537 Position Type: 80 Hours Biweekly Salary Range: $22.65 - $31.99 Hourly Job Category: Nursing - Clinic $5,000 sign-on bonus with two year work commitment for LPN or MA hires only. Internal RN candidates will be considered for this position. The purpose of this position is to provide nursing care to patients. This role will work out of one work station but split their time between Primary Care phones and Neurology 1:1 with a provider. The LPN or MA has contact with patients, patient families and visitors, hospital employees, referral agencies, volunteers, administration, and physicians. Effective interpersonal and communication skills are essential for this position. You’ll have the opportunity to help patients in all stages of life and make meaningful connections every day. Compensation If hired as an LPN, the pay range is $23.79-$31.99/hour. If hired as a Medical Assistant, the range is $22.65-$28.99/hour.
