Medical Auditor

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Medical Auditor to join our healthcare team.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Pharmacy, Medicine, Healthcare Administration, or any related healthcare field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in medical auditing, medical coding, claims auditing, or healthcare quality/compliance.
• Certified Professional Coder (CPC) certification is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology, clinical documentation, ICD-10, CPT, and healthcare regulations.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and reporting skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and healthcare information systems.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts.
• Willingness to relocate between the company's centers across Dubai based on operational requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform audits of medical records, clinical documentation, and coding accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, internal policies, and quality standards.
• Identify documentation and coding discrepancies and recommend corrective actions.
• Prepare audit reports and present findings to the relevant stakeholders.
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to improve documentation quality and compliance.
• Monitor audit trends and support continuous quality improvement initiatives.
