Full-time position (40 hours per week, with benefits) for an AR (Account Recievable) Representative/Billing Specialist in a high volume, fast paced Family Practice office in Conyers, GA (Honey Creek area). Must be career focused, detail oriented, punctual, and have an excellent work ethic. Experience with Georgia billing and insurance required, 2+ years of recent experience in medical billing, with a focus on claim follow-up. Knowledge in Epic and Waystar are a plus. Hours are Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm. References required with resume.

• Resolves AR denials correctly
• Send medical records to insurance payers
• Obtain missing information from patients
• Respond to group emails and department request
