Pediatric Healthcare Associates is seeking a full-time Medical Billing Data Entry Specialist to join our team. We’re looking for someone who has excellent attention to detail and organizational skills, is a team player, and has a strong work ethic. The Medical Billing Data Entry Specialist is primarily responsible for entering patient demographics, insurance information, and medical codes (CPT, ICD-10, HCPCS) into billing software. Review and verify accuracy of billing data before entry. Ensure data is entered in a timely manner and in compliance with HIPPA regulations. Monitor and correct data discrepancies or incomplete entries, as well as other duties as assigned.

Job Types: Full-time Monday – Friday 8am -4:30pm
Qualifications:
· High school diploma or equivalent (required). Medical billing and coding certification a plus
· 1–2 years of data entry experience, preferably in a medical or healthcare setting
· Basic knowledge of medical billing and coding (CPT, ICD-10, HCPCS) preferred
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and electronic health records (EHR) systems
· Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
· Familiarity with HIPAA regulations
· Strong communication and time management skills
· Attention to detail and accuracy
