Salary: PHP 30,000- PHP 35,000/ month Job Description: Manage incoming calls from patient, healthcare customers and service providers Deliver accurate information and support regarding healthcare policies and procedures. Address patient concerns, resolve issues, and follow up to ensure a satisfactory outcome. Maintain thorough documentation of customer interactions and transactions. Adhere to HIPAA and other relevant healthcare regulations. Coordinate with other departments to escalate and resolve complex matters efficiently. Minimum Qualifications: Consultancy role with a minimum 6-month contract At least 1-2 year of customer service, call center, or healthcare related experience preferred. Basic understanding of medical billing, insurance claims, and healthcare terminology Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle inbound calls professionally and efficiently. Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and excellent time management skills are essential. Must possess excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal. Proficient data entry skills, with a typing speed of 40 WPM or faster, are required. Must demonstrate the ability to work with and protect confidential information.
