POSITION SUMMARY

The Medical Billing Manager will lead all aspects of the practice’s billing operations, ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant claim submissions, collections, and account reconciliations. This role requires a deep understanding of vascular and interventional radiology coding, payer guidelines, and reimbursement processes. The ideal candidate will combine hands-on billing expertise with strong leadership and analytical skills to maximize revenue and maintain high standards of financial performance.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum 5 years of progressive medical billing experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of vascular and interventional radiology coding, documentation, and reimbursement.
• Proficiency in CPT, ICD-10, HCPCS, and modifier use.
• Experience with Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial payer billing guidelines.
• Familiarity with [EHR/Billing software you use] preferred.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

PREFERRED SKILLS

• Certified Professional Coder (CPC) or equivalent certification.
