Seva Practice Management provides comprehensive administrative and billing support to medical practices across multiple specialties. We are looking for a knowledgeable and dependable DME Biller to join our team. If you have hands-on experience with Brightree and a strong background in durable medical equipment billing, we want to hear from you.

POSITION SUMMARY

The DME Biller will be responsible for accurate claims submission, payer follow-up, and reimbursement management for durable medical equipment. This role requires at least 3 years of DME billing experience, proficiency in Brightree software, and a thorough understanding of Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial insurance requirements for DME.

• Prepare and submit clean DME claims using Brightree and payer portals.
• Verify insurance coverage and confirm all required documentation and authorizations.
• Ensure compliance with payer guidelines, Medicare LCDs, and DME billing regulations.
• Monitor, investigate, and resolve claim denials, rejections, and underpayments.
• Collaborate with the A/R team to follow up on unpaid or outstanding balances.
• Communicate with insurance carriers and patients regarding billing and payment issues.
• Maintain accurate records of billing activities and support audits as needed.
• Stay current on payer policies, HCPCS codes, and compliance requirements.
