*REQUIREMENTS EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:*

• Medical billing experience (orthopaedic preferred but not required)
• Proven supervisory and leadership abilities
• Strong knowledge of insurance claims processing
• Proficiency with medical billing software and EHR systems
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in fast-paced, high-volume environment
